Media arts charity competition
The theme of the 6th International Student Media Arts Festival (ISMA) is "Future Media: Environment, Rivers and Humanity", focusing on the deep connection between artistic creation and social issues in the digital age. As an international youth media art platform with the theme of public welfare, this competition has built an interdisciplinary and cross-cultural innovative dialogue field through four competition units: short film, animation art, interactive art and AI creation. Spread public welfare to create a better future.
In the environmental dimension, the competition encourages creators to use new media technologies such as virtual reality and data visualization to present urgent issues such as climate change and ecological restoration.
On the level of humanistic care, the work needs to explore the symbiotic relationship between technology and tradition. The interactive art unit has emerged with a number of digital installations incorporating local intangible heritage elements.
